We recently worked with Farnoosh in looking for a new home and selling our existing home, both in Marin County.
Farnoosh came up with several ideas to satisfy our requirements. She worked diligently and was able to help us negotiate the purchase of a new home into which we moved in within a few weeks. Farnoosh skillfully guided us through the mechanical process and either handled, or was intimately involved in all of the details.
At the same time, she was able to find a buyer for our old home, and has made the sale as painless as it could possibly be for us. We were out of town for a large portion of the negotiation, inspection and disclosure phase and Farnoosh handled the majority of all this for us. She arranged for contractors and made arrangements for satisfying all city and county requirements of the sale, with which she was very familiar. Several abnormal circumstances were encountered in this sale, and Farnoosh, though her experience and imagination, was able to come up with solutions which made all parties happy, and made the sale happen.
